Reginald Barbour, a Colorado native, has worked in the restaurant industry for over 36 years. After graduating 1st. in his class in culinary school, Reggie went on to own or operate numerous restaurants and hotels around Colorado. During his career, his recipes have appeared in national and regional publications. He has received dozens of awards, including three Gold Plate awards from the International Food Manufacture’s Association.
